Tolido's Espresso Nook
Dinner with the #brunchdategirls at Tolido's. Our theme for that night is blue~
Got myself beef bacon cabonara, kinda felt like i was eating bolognese except that it's creamy instead of tomato-ish. If the meat was more 'real', it'd be better for a meat lover like me.Otherwise, the creamy pasta was alright. The bacon wrap with cucumber, topped with cereal is pretty good. The curry based roast chicken burger was good too. The big breakfast was alright. Overall, i felt that the portion was a teeny wee bit small for me. Either that, or my appetite grew. Hahaha. Great for people with a decently small appetite i guess. Coffee wasn't great compared to elsewhere. Pretty average for quite a secluded and new cafe for me.
Headed for dessert after convincing the office ladies to stay out past their bedtime! Haha!
Somehow, they're one of those few people who are still very 'them' even after they've started work, still their youthful selves. Hahaha Had a great time hanging out. Always a noisy bunch and full of laughter. Looking forward to our picnic next! :D
