First bachelorette! :D

Happy girl got her kitty~! YAY~
So super duper tired after walking for a few hours. :< Shopping is taking a toll on me now. My legs, knees, and feet are killing me even though I'm wearing flip flops. I just want to sit down. Boohoo~ on the bright side, I've got everything settled now. :D looking forward to the weekends yet abit scared because I'll have quite a bit to handle on the same day. Hope everything goes well! :)

Excited for the wedding this weekend!
It's finally going to happen. I hope i don't cry. Hahaha~ i don't know why but it's so touching, especially the part when the bride walks down the aisle and the pair exchange their vows. Awwww~ hope i don't be such a sissy otherwise it will ruin my make up. :X going to get my hair and make up done~ feels so pampered! :P this is my second time, first was for prom! i have to look very proper because I'm the bridesmaid, main in honour! I didn't even know what it meant when i was told, i had to google the definition hahaha :X The title scares me! It's too heavy for me, i think! Sounds like i have to do alot! But so far, the bride has got everything under control, i haven't even do anything for her. :X anyways, totally messed up the timing to walk during rehearsal yesterday, oops! Hope i get the pace right! :D and not to forget my tasks during the wedding!!!

And last weekend was the bride's hen's night!

The theme was 80's so everyone looked like they just finish aerobics or something. Hahaha~ I was quite embarrassed initially because dinner was at Prive, and i was dressed so comically! LOL We got a limo too just for the fun of it. First time sitting in a limousine! Felt so cool. :X But it went really slow, like some kind of universal studio ride enjoying the scenery in a cartoon car. Hahaha~ After that, we alighted at Clarke Quay and played some games. One of the game was that the bride-to-be had to sing some 80's song and raise $20! I thought it was impossible, since everyone there will want to spend on their drinks rather than give it away. But oh my god! This guy gave $20! It took her less than 15 minutes. Ha ha! First time doing all these and it was quite funny. Been really busy preparing for my upcoming exams so the other bridesmaid was in charged of planning the night (i feel guilty once again because i haven't done much :/) it was fun! Though i think i might have spent a bomb. :O and it's also the first time i realise how difficult it can be taking care of a drunk person. I really don't think I'm suitable to be a caretaker of any sorts. :/

Food at Prive was good especially the truffle fries with the sauce. The pasta though seemed ordinary, but was really good as well. Loved how the vegetables and pasta came together. The fish and chips was normal but i really like it with the vinegar sauce, if i remember correctly. No idea what wine that was, but it's so sweet i can't stop drinking! It tastes so good! :D

And hot soup after one long night! Bak kut teh~ :D

Fancy some Chinese food?
Everyone was starving after the wedding rehearsal. And we ate... the samsui chicken, which was really tender, the vegetables were so so, i really liked the prawns and tofu with some sauce that was similar to those when you order crabs, century egg with vegetables (i like! because of the century egg, even though it is fertilised with shit. :X), sweet sour pork, tofu, fish, and this seafood or pork minced meat thingy that was good! And to end our night, hot chocolate that was so super thick and sweet, it was too much for my already sweet tooth! It was a lovely family bonding session. :D

On a random note
I always feel guilty for skipping lecture even though i know it's a waste of time. There's always a "what if" bugging me at the back of my head! Ahhhh I'm such a coward. D;

Now, it is the worst period everrrr! Hope nothing crops up and i can rest my mind and heart and soul and just concentrate 100%! Sometimes i feel like placing myself on an empty island so i won't be distracted. But... i think i might get bored and start swimming instead. :/

Looking forward to the last day of my papers and i can get to meet all my happy pills again! :D I'm missing everyone so much right now. Emo nemo :<

Hope i get a job too! Otherwise, i don't know how I'm going to live. :O

And also, looking forward to overseas trip in June! Much needed break right now. Think I've got to get away for a bit to know what i want from home. It clears your head and puts you in a different perspective. :)
Okay Bye~

Window to my bubble~ ;D

I want to live in a bubble...
When someone tries to enter my bubble with a negative agenda, or tries to hurt me, the bubble bursts. Everyone will fall, and we will die in the moment that we're suppose to feel all those negative feelings or remember things we wish we can't, until we hit a new bubble, and within this bubble is my own world again without all the bad memories. All i get to feel is happy, different sorts of happy.

Caught Singapore's Dance Delight for the first time.

It was pretty rocking kicks. Some of the teams were reeeally bringing it on. Love their swag. Especially the females! They were even more bad ass than some all guys team! Fierce beeetch! Haha~ The emcee was Sheik Haikel for the night that lasted 4 hours long. He was saying, in hip hop if they say something bad, it means something good. Hahaha~ like.. She was popping like a beeetch. Hahaha~ totally not offended in that sense. Then i want to be a beeetch too! :P Anyways the champions were really super strong, they had the techniques, choreography and intensity, though it wasn't really a hip hop piece, but i thought they killed it. The crews in 2nd and 3rd place were really good too! Especially since their choreography brought a little humour to it, like some style of hiphop, it made me happy watching do their thing! :D Also, one of the sponsors is F&N and they had this booths outside where we could take videos and print them into pictures. So fun! Though a bit embarrassing! Hahaha~ imagine moving around for, i can't remember how many seconds and looking funny or stupid but without any sound and the people in charge of the equipment and people passing by are looking at you! And there was the other booth, where we were suppose to dance for i can't remember how many seconds as well, and we can edit our background when we're done! That was taken and kept as a video! It was soooo fun and stupid doing it! Ha ha it feels good to do stupid things like that, once in a while. ;)

Had dim sum! Whoo!
The crispy looking ball that looks like yam paste balls has some meat inside, good for me! Not really a super big fan of the yam paste, but it's alright. I love prawns! So i love all the dim sum with prawns inside. And the duck meat with the sauce! I like the sauce actually, because i don't like to eat duck meat, there's this duck smell. Lol. :X This is alright. :D The pork meat was okay since i can dip it in wasabi sauce, but it left a lingering pork taste which i kind of don't like, too strong for my liking though the meat is pretty tender. Ha ha I love the liu sha baos~ The pumpkin sticky thing tasted like "nian gao", and the red bean thingy, i like the skin, so soft and kinda crispy.

Hello Kitty!
And I've got my second hello kitty figurine already! Okay, i know it's retarded to always try to find ways to get stuff from 7-11! But i swear I'm trying to be logical and suggest things that are necessary though out of the way to walk to 7-11 if we're already at a shop which has what we want. :X Because i wanted to get the stamp, i even bought lunch from 7-11. I thought i couldn't find food but i found green curry with rice, made it hot with microwave at home, and it was good for me. It's actually pretty good. The green curry and chicken was good, though a tad too little green curry, can be more for me. Ha ha. I think all frozen food by CP is pretty good. So far all those that I've bought and tried turns out to taste like food that can be made on the spot, doesn't really taste any different even though it's frozen food. :D  And i just got 6 more stamps today! So i can go get my third figurine later on~~~ YAY~!
Less than 30 days to go!!! Oh my god, sooooo stress!!!

On a side note, a lot of people are praying for Boston due to the bombings on social media. If you are really are sincere in praying or hoping for the best for Boston for their injured people, or for people who have unfortunately passed away because of such an evil act, then it's really sweet. Amongst all the praying for Boston, i saw this information, and i thought some other tragedy happened. It was a news article of how American military made a mistake and killed about 120 civilians because they thought they were the Al Qaeda targets they have been searching for, when in fact, they were just celebrating a wedding. And, I feel sad for them for losing their lives because of somebody else's mistake, and not only that, the kids in that house lost their whole family and are left alone. And, that's a really hard thing to accept and move on with life if it happened to me... But, at the end of the article, there were similar other news article shown all dated 2002, 2003. So, i checked the date of the article and it was dated 2002. No doubt it is indeed a piece of sad news and maybe not many people may know about it, but that was 10 years ago. The article does deserve some attention for what it's worth, but it doesn't seem like a right time. It gives me the impression that the person who showed this, whom also prayed for Boston, doesn't really seem all that sincere at all. I may be wrong but it seems like a small part of it is saying that the people don't really deserve all the praying or something since they've done some wrong things themselves. If you're sincere, why will you dig up a mistake that they've made and even agreeing to stuff like "things like these happen in Pakistan all the time". If you're not sincere, i don't even know why you say #prayforboston. Maybe you're just trying to imply that there are many tragedies happening elsewhere in the world every other day or every single day and many lives have been killed due to all the bombings and nobody made a big fuss about it, so we shouldn't make a big fuss about this tragedy as well, but hey, anywhere, praying for Boston too. -.- And maybe in 2023 you'll bring up this news article about Boston too when a bombing happens in country X and say "while all of you are praying for country X, (link to Boston's bombing) this happened too." I don't get it.

okay bye~

Hello Earthlings

Sups 4 limbed creatures of the day and night.

So... i typed this out in school, no photos. Shall update this post with photos when i'm back home laters. :X

More food! French food at La Petit (hope the spelling is correct)! The ravioli of prawns and foie gras was pretty good! I love the sauce, but i think it's mainly because it has prawns. Haha :) The duck confit was okay, i think saveur has a better duck confit. I think for the food and the price, saveur might be more worth the money. The escargots were so-so as well, though the salad sauce was pretty appetizing, tasted like wafu sauce. The salmon was average, the steak was soft and the creme brulee, well taste like tofu and egg tart. Haha~ Overall, so-so and nothing much about the ambience. But the company was great! :D Happy birthday to the cheerful girl! :D

Finally got to meet up with Sleeve.
I've got to say, we've brought our picnic-ing to a whole new level! We can buy food and eat anywhere! Hahaha And i finally got to try Paris Baguette! The caramel pudding was so-so, or maybe i ate it wrongly. :/ I could only taste the burnt caramel, and was a tad too burnt for me. :< I like my desserts and treats sweet. :D Maybe i should try the strawberry pudding next! We saw this bread bowl with soup thing that looks so yummy, like it was calling out to us, "BUY ME! EAT ME! DRINK ME!" Ha ha~ So, we did. And the bread was crazily hard! Not suitable for grandparents, senior citizens, or people with loose teeth! Even when we tried peeling the bread with our hands, we were really using alot of strength. LOL
After that... Guess what? Guess who tried to be healthy? (okay i'm not going to wait for your answer, so i'll just tell you. :X) Amazing day! It must be a miracle! The 2 girls who love meat ate salad for dinner! Freaking dinner man! Okay, we added chicken, otherwise we might just die of not consuming meat for a day. Ha ha~ The salad sauce was pretty good, and i felt healthy until Sleeve said.... "Normally healthy food don't taste good, this salad... should be not very healthy also." And... I think so too, though i hate to admit it. Ha ha~ Sighs! The last time i ate that salad i got a cough and sore throat the next day, it's that powerful! If you intend to take MC or something, try eating the salad the day before. Hahaha~ And i almost got a cough that day too! Lucky i drank the water chestnut! Think it's much too "heaty" for me :/

Made dinner with <3

I made some salmon fish and managed to cook a decent mee goreng (maggie mee) ! Amazing feat. Haha~ I can't cook for nuts okay. I can only cook 2 things and that's pasta in this one style that i always do, and maggie mee in this dry with abit sauce style. LOL And <3 made prata with hotdogs and egg and cooked the chicken. We decided to cook up a storm, but apparently, the chicken was prepacked. Haha~ What to do~ Time constraint and it was late! Wanted to add chicken that wasn't prepacked but it was sold out already. :< And i made hot the soup in the microwave, and totally forgot about it until we were done eating and washed all the dishes. Hahaha~

And all the other days, i'm either studying, working out or doing shit.
And everyone should download the hardest game ever 2! Freaking addictive!
Okay, bye~
